Enjoy walking and biking the grounds and visiting local attractions. This three bedroom, two and a half bath condo will sleep 8 if you use the sleeper sofa. The heated pool is open in September. The main level has an open living room, kitchen and dining area plus a half bath. The lower level has two bedrooms and two baths and up from the living room is a third loft bedroom. Annual condo dues, taxes and insurance are less than it would cost to rent for two weeks. There is designated parking for each North Shore condo. Time share units are not pet friendly. An easy and affordable way to enjoy Chautauqua every year. You may also join RCI but it is not required. Additional time share intervals are available.
