Unit rents UNFURNISHED though the two large mirrors in the main living space are included with the apartment. Other amazing features: original hardwood pine floors, a small laundry alcove with cork flooring, a gorgeous bathroom with walk-in shower and cement vanity, abundant storage space, stainless steel countertops, oversized kitchen sink, two entrances, and tons of character. Dogs are allowed, no cats. Water and trash included in rent. Tenant pays electric (heat - mini-split and baseboard in bedroom) and gas (stove and hot water). My partner and I moved into this unit in September 2020 with a year lease but just unexpectedly purchased a home this month.
