End unit has extra space and windows, very bright extra large wrap around deck--feels like you're living in the treetops Fabulous rooftop pool. NOT included 2 black lamps on side board in DR and pewter dish on kitchen bar. Lamps will be replaced. 2009 gross rental 16,273 with owners using 5 summer weeks--2010---19,360 booked so far with owners using 4 summer weeks(HHI MITP)
