This home is right next to a freight train that is LOUD and has NO set schedule. I personally lived in the home for 3 years and became accustomed to the train rather quickly. This averaged ~$70 per month when i lived here. 700+ Credit score and clean background. Absolutely no exceptions. Will start showing Jan 15th. Please do not trespass on the property.
