This is a full Season rental, not a monthly rental. This is a Seasonal rental for the entire period from mid November to April 16, 2023. There are 3 dedicated parking spots. There is a $2500 utility deposit which covers heat, any unused balance will be returned to the tenant. The owner pays for water and plowing. No pets, no smoking, no subleting.
