The street in front of the house is residential parking. Tenants can obtain a residential parking decal by presenting lease of 6+ months to City of Charleston. Side streets have places for tenants to pay and park. There will be a $150 cleaning/move out fee. Scheduled cleanings available for an additional fee. Anything broken or damaged may result in additional fees at the owners discretion. Unit sleeps a max of 4 people, 2 comfortably. Only 4 max allowed to stay here.
