First time offered: the iconic Flansburgh House, designed by renowned architect, Earl Flansburgh for his family, featured as a cover story in Architectural Record in 1965 and internationally recognized as a premier example of Mid-Century Modernist design. Abundant light and ventilation flows throughout via large walls of windows, sliders, and unique ventilating "fins," painted in Mondrian-like sunny yellow.
