A gracious brick colonial with 5,300+ sq. ft. of living space, the house, filled with gorgeous light & large scaled rooms, was soon filled with a steady stream of friends.Once they reconstructed a grand stairway & renovated bathrooms & the kitchen, it worked perfectly for them all. By upgrading to high efficiency heating & cooling, replacing & refurbishing windows, insulating throughout, restoring the slate roof & repointing the brick exterior, they got the tight & efficient home they desired.
