Our spacious townhouse is located in Hubbard Farms, a quiet community just minutes from the UMO campus and 7 miles to Eastern Maine Medical Center. The residents of Hubbard Farms consist of serious students, retirees and working professionals. The condo is fully applianced (including a flat screen TV) and has a great outdoor space. Hubbard Farms abuts the Orono Land Trust where walking, cross country skiing and biking trails are just outside your door. The rent includes water, sewer, snow removal, on-site trash removal, a storage unit and ample attic space. We require a one-year lease, first and last months' rent, a $1,100 security deposit and references. No pets please.
