You must see this house. It is immaculately kept and is an "Upstate" house in design. This was the 2nd house ever built by Tom Markovich and he used it as his showcase. The owners have spent thousands of dollars on the landscaping to give this home a retreat feel. There is a trail along the back of the property to stairs leading down to a private road that goes directly to the lake at the shuffleboard courts. Once there, you'll be on the 2.65 mile Leisure Trail (round trip). It's only 330 of my steps to the beach on the trail from there and 150 steps to the boatslips. These slips are saved for the interior houses in this area. There may be a waiting list, but once an owner gets one, it will remain with them until they retire it.
