Just steps to the center of Camden on a quiet street, our fully furnished home is ideal for families or small groups who want to be close to everything while still feeling like an escape. 2 min walk to Camden Harbor & shops, 10 min walk to Mt Battie trailhead, 5 min drive to Lake Megunticook or Lincolnville beach, 7 min drive to Camden Snow Bowl ski area, 1.25 hrs to Acadia Nat'l Park. Upstairs is a master bedroom with workspace, a second bedroom, and a full bath. Downstairs is a third bedroom, a office room with daybed and sit-to-stand desk, a second full bath, the living room/dining room, kitchen, and solarium. Living room has sofa-bed option for additional sleepers. Back deck offers a lovely place to sit for meals, including a BBQ grill. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Gardens surround the front and back of the house. Air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Gigabit fiber internet/wifi and Samsung Frame TV with streaming services. Parking for multiple cars in driveway. Linens and towels available for use. We are flexible on rental term. This is an ideal option for 3-6 months -- perfect for folks relocating to the area who need a stable base while finding a longer term home, remote working, temporary move-out during renovations, an extended visit to family, etc. Our house is available Jan 1 to June 30 and is not a long-term home. We expect to have summer renters and to move back in to take occupancy at the beginning of 2026. No smoking allowed. Only small dogs that will not damage furniture will be considered as pets. For winter guests--the gravel driveway means we do NOT use a plow service, and a snow shovel is provided for your use. Renters can arrange a service if need be at renter's cost. Our street is regularly plowed and connects to Route 1, so you will be able to travel without issue during winter snows.
