Cathedral ceilings creating open space and surrounding windows let in natural light and beautiful breezes when spending time in my oversized studio style en-suite. With over 350 square feet of living space, you can enjoy this well-lit space with your own private entrance, window a/c unit, king size bed, private bathroom, walk in shower as well as use of the outdoor shower in the warmer months. Additional seating for relaxing, reading or watching television.*No use of a washer/dryer so please be prepared to use a service or go to a local laundromat for long term stays.*Weekly professional cleaning is mandatory for monthly & the full season rental and additional fees will apply. So for longer stays beyond a week additional cleaning fees will be required and your responsibility. (You may supply your own bedding and towels for a monthly or seasonal rental.)You only have use of this room described, the outdoor shower (weather permitting), backyard area with fire-pit, hammock, shared deck space including table seating and the gas grill. (No use of the main house.) The room is equipped with the essentials to make your stay comfortable and private.There is a set up in the bathroom to do any dirty dishes, note: NO designated kitchen. The kitchen type amenities in the studio as seen noted & in the photos. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and walkway to your private entrance. Please feel free to sit on the back deck or relax in the backyard lounges.Bring your own bicycle (or rent locally) and store in the back shed if you like. Daily paid parking at specific beaches in the area. No parking for non-residents at many beaches without paying a daily rate - they do ticket - you can purchase a seasonal beach pass for the village beaches but needs to be done in advance as they do sell out!!Nearest ocean beach is 2 miles for great swimming - Nearest Bay beach is 4 miles for a swim or great sunset Short term 2025 season is weekly - $2,100.00 per week - not available from 07-20-25 to 08-21-25 And Extended Season is September 2025
