Step inside and head up one flight of stairs to the main living level, where natural light floods the open-concept layout. The cozy living room features a plush sectional sofa and smart TV, ideal for movie nights or a quiet evening in. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home and features stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for two, and a quaint dining table for meals or morning coffee. A half bath adds extra convenience, and a small balcony offers fresh air and a view of the quiet court below.
The second floor features two stylish guest bedrooms, each with queen beds, TVs, and closets. One bedroom also includes a desk and access to a private balconyperfect for remote work or a morning read. These rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a modern vanity. You'll also find a large laundry closet with a washer and dryer on this level.
At the very top is the serene master suite, a private sanctuary with a king-size bed, smart TV, and direct access to another balcony. The en suite bathroom is spacious and elegant, offering a double vanity, a walk-in tile shower, and a generous walk-in closet.
Outside, enjoy a small back patioideal for unwinding with a drink or planning your next Charleston adventure. One dedicated parking space is available in the driveway, a rare perk for downtown living.

- Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.

Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
