Available for rent is a 2011 Kia Soul manual car, beach set up (2 chairs, 2 towels, and umbrella), 2 beach cruiser bikes, and travel crib. Internet and water are included! (no cable tv - potential to add if a must). Units are well insulated from outside noise, which helps for utilities too. No smoking or pets, sorry. Flexible on lease, but really looking for 12 months.
