This 4 family was built in 2019 on a quiet side street in West Warren. Everything in the apartment is electric so heat, hot water, and electric use is all on one bill. Tenant is responsible for utilities. Rear parking area was recently paved so each tenant could have 1 designated parking spot. Instead of making the tenants pay for Warren trash bags Leboeuf trash service comes every Monday and each apartment has their own barrel. Regular trash bags can be used and trash needs to be out by early morning on Mondays. Pets are allowed however, it is limited to 2 pets and I have to meet them at the apartment showing or at a later time no exceptions. Showings for the apartment are this Saturday and Sunday between 9am-4pm only as tenants live there now. I can make certain exceptions to this time frame if needed. Must understand first, last, and security must be given at signing no exceptions. Laundry mat is 50 yards from the apartment however, April 4th of this year 1 coin operated washer and dryer will be installed in the front hallway. The plumber came this past Tuesday and approved the area for the washer and dryer install. Keyless digital entry to the front and back of the apartment. There is a multi security camera system around the 4 family to protect the tenants and to make sure the rear parking lot is available for tenants to park in at all times. This multi-security system was put in to protect the tenants and has successfully done that so far. Please call and make an appointment for this weekend March 5-6. If another day is needed I can do it I just need to inform the tenants that live in the apartment 24 hours in advance. My name is Danielle the owner of the 4 family.
