This is a shared space in a large house located on a quiet15 acre horse property that has stunning views all around and a large deck to enjoy it all. Its conveniently located less than 10 minutes to anything you need - grocery stores, restaurants, gas, hiking, zip lines, good hospitals, etc. and I-25. It's just outside of Castle Rock. I'm a female, in her mid-50's professional business owner. The space available is a bedroom and private full bath on a separate level of the house but with shared entry. It includes a garage parking space. All utilities, trash/recycle, Wifi are included. Shared spaces are the kitchen, dining room and a den with a fireplace. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 stoves (one cooktop, one convection oven, one regular oven) so plenty of room. New washer/dryer, new upstairs frig, new whole house water filtration system and central air. You have the opportunity to use the very large insulated (but not climate controlled) storage space which is in a separate building on the property. Looking for a quiet housemate. There are 2 dogs and 3 cats in the home so you must be a kind, animal lover. There are horses on the property as well. No additional pets or horses please. No smoking. This is a shared lease with home owners permission. Security deposit of 1 month and references required. Duration: 6-12 months Included: Utilities, trash/recycle, Wifi (if you are a gamer or excessively use the wifi then there will be additional charges to increase to a higher usage plan) Rent is due 2 days prior to the first of the month and can be paid by Zelle, Venmo, cash or check. No pets, no smoking on site Tennant is responsible for cleaning their space and helping to maintain the shared space of kitchen, laundry, dining room and den. And taking turns taking the trash and recycle to the curb weekly. This is a quiet house so that is important. There are 2 dogs and 3 cats who live in the house who are my kids so renter must love animals and treat them with respect. When I travel I have a pet/farm sitter stay in my part of the house. I also teach some workshops out of the house. But they are quiet, non-invasive and during business hours only.
