Location, location, location. I absolutely love the property here in Boogar Hollar, as it’s known. You can update and change your home to suit you but the location stays the same, and this property is an amazing location!! There’s a tremendous amount of room for all your family and friends to park while enjoying the birthday parties, family reunions, football games, holidays, or just lazy summer days at the river. There’s a stove and refrigerator in the pool house, aka “summer” man cave, for your food and drinks, plus lots of room to kick back and relax. When summer is over and the temps get cooler, the storage barn becomes the “winter” man cave for football games or just an escape for the husband. We’ve had 50 or more people at these get togethers and have never run out of room for guests or for parking. My husband loves his man caves but also the tranquility here in the Hollar, it’s so peaceful. You have to see the property to truly appreciate it.
