Hedgewood Properties built this home in 1999. The model is The Wynfield Cottage with modifications. It has red brick on entire front of house with hardy plank wood on sides and back. This home was initially remodeled in 2004 with partially finished basement rooms including den and game room. In 2017 the kitchen was remodeled with all new appliances including new refrigerator, gas oven/range, microwave and premium dishwasher.
