The beautiful kitchen is an eat-in kitchen equipped with your stove, refrigerator and microwave. There is also a huge, walk in storage closet off the hallway. The living rooms are VERY spacious. Have a sectional? No problem! The bathroom is spacious too. No laundry hook ups, but there are a few laundry mats close by. This unit is ready for occupancy early October. The rent is $1,700 and includes the heat, water and sewer. Tenants pay their own electricity and wifi (and cable if desired). No pets preferred, but one indoor cat may be considered for an additional $250 non-refundable pet deposit. Here is what is required to rent the unit- Absolutely no smoking, vaping or marijuana use. First month's rent and security ($1,700) to be paid at lease signing (upon application approval). Applicants must have very great credit (high 600's) Applicants must have clean backgrounds, great references and no evictions. Applicants must have proof of income.
