Unit #304 (third floor) will be available at the end of June (UNECOM- Sorry, no hook ups in this unit though). About the building- This gorgeous, historical building has eight very spacious apartments on the second and third floors. The first floor is commercial property including the owners antiques store! The units vary a bit, but have the same square footage and layout. (Just mirrors of each other). As you can see from the pictures, the units are hardwood floors though out. The kitchens and bathrooms have lots of updates! The living room windows face the street and are all new too! The bedrooms are toward the middle and back of the unit, which makes it very quiet for sleeping, even though you are right downtown! The kitchens are eat-in kitchens. There are washer and dryer hook-ups there as well. If you chose to install your washer and dryer the rent will increase by $30 to cover the water and sewer. Both bedrooms are good sized with good closet space. There is a small room that can be a small office or storage. It cannot be a bedroom though (no egress). The living rooms are VERY spacious.
