    What the owner loves about this home
    I liked being close to three Lakes and Branson. There is always something to do or see, or just for staying in. Large Back Deck. One of the first things I did was to put a Roof over it. 15'x32' there is still another 10' to12' not under cover. This place is on Sewer. Sewer charge is $37.50 a month. Electric is $97.00 a month on level pay. Clothe Dryer has a new belt. Car Port is 11'7" wide x 30' long with a height of 9' to 10' depending on where you measure on inside supports. A Pontoon Boat used to be stored in it. I now have a 13' total over all Utility Trailer plus My Dodge Mega Cab Ram parked in it. 2024 property taxes were $141.19. Base charge for water is $24.47 a month. There is a 22' wide roll back gate for getting in and out of yard. I just removed a Cedar in the front yard to be able to have a place for a couple of fruit trees. More pictures coming.... I just added a new one today of trim work being completed on Barn Wood Panels. There are two cameras that also go with the place one over looking the garden the other looking over the gate. Propane is a leased tank at around $70.00 a year. Propane at $1.79 a gallon one month ago. 45 percent propane remains in tank at goes to new buyer.
