Would you love to live on a pond?!!! Our acreage is ready to be built on as we have a driveway, a well and septic already in. We also built a three car garage with a loft on the property. It was built initially to be a 3 car garage with living quarters upstairs. There is a one car garage that is useable as a garage now and the other 2 car door was not installed, but has header already installed inside the wall that allowed us to use that space as living space until we built on. Since we didn't end up building on, we finished that space into a bedroom and living/workout room. The living/workout room could easily be changed into a 3rd bedroom since we built a 6' closet in it. There is currently one bedroom and one bathroom on each floor. The ground floor bathroom has an exterior door to allow entrance from the pond area, useable for when there are get togethers or when just clean up is needed.
