Wrap around deck and mountain views from almost every window. This is a trail and adventure lovers dream with the PCT running through the town and its proximity to Mt. Laguna. Also, very close to off roading areas in the mountains nearby. Tenant selection process will include credit and background checks. Details: -Main bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower. Guest has full bathroom right outside the room in the hallway. -House can be furnished or unfurnished. -Pets are a maybe depending on size and training -All amenities such as new washer dryer, AC, Heating, ceiling fans, and most windows are retrofitted. -Nice garage space with a single car opening. Could be used as a 3rd bedroom with a partition. -Heater and water heater are propane. Supreme offroad areas within 10 miles. (Corral Canyon, McCain Valley, Lark Canyon) 1 hr to the beach 40 min to El Cajon 30 minutes to Alpine 30 minutes to Cuyamaca State Park 20 minutes to Laguna Mountains trailheads 1 minute to PCT 1 minute to Lake Morena County Park with fishing and kayaking (unfortunately no swimming) There is a general store, market, and gas station here in Lake Morena Village. There is a post office, small grocery store, hardware store and more nearby in Campo (5 minutes). The closest big box stores would be in Alpine. (~30 min) Small pets allowed with deposit. Tenant responsible for utilities. No smoking.
