Rent is due the 1st of every month for $719 + utilities, which are usually $50 or less. Parking passes are sold through Merced Station and are not included in the lease. No smoking is allowed, and you are responsible for taking pictures of the space when you move in to ensure you are not found liable for damage caused prior to your arrival. Trash times must be adhered to or you may be fined after a warning. You are responsible for cleaning, but not maintenance.
