This 1600 sq ft, 4 bedroom and 2-bathroom home will leave you wanting to stay with us just a little bit longer. This home can comfortably sleep 8 guests with 1 king, in the master bedroom that includes an ensuite bathroom. One bedroom with a set of twin trundle beds, and two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds. Our bathrooms are stocked with hotel style accommodations. The galley style kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for your stay, to include a coffee maker, pots and pans and cooking ware. Enjoy a small snack in the breakfast nook, located next to the kitchen or cook up a delicious dinner to enjoy with your family, sitting in the dining room that seats 6. 'Rise and Wine' with a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy the sunrise in the yard, complete with an outdoor dining table and fully fenced yard which allows your pup to run around and enjoy the yard. Our home, 'Rise and Wine' is conveniently located about 1 mile from the Promenade Mall with over 100 stores, movie theater, restaurants, Costco, Trader Joes and more. And it is located 1 mile to Margarita Community Park with Splash Pad, sports courts, dog park, skating ring, etc. 'Rise and Wine' is the perfect place to raise a glass and stay with class. Dogs are welcome with an additional monthly pet fee of $200 per pet per month, plus a required $70 non refundable deposit. Our home includes up to $250 worth of utilities and we require all guests to complete a rental agreement after booking, please ask the host for more details. There is a utility cap of $250 and any overage you will be responsible for. We do run a background check at the price of $40 in which you are responsible to cover the fee.
