Maximum 2 person occupancy, no pets. First months rent and security deposit to move in. Month to month lease. Utility's are not included. Must have references, and pass a background check. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Rental contract is month to month. 30 day notice is all that's needed once moving out. A cleaning fee is included in your security deposit. The amount to be charged is determined by cleanliness condition the home is left when vacated by renter. Home is to be occupied only by person or persons who sign rental contract.
