This is an everybody knows everybody kinda neighborhood. The neighbors all watch out for each other, and stop by just to say hi. You can drive by anytime and see kids and adults alike out playing in their yards. Everything is close by, your pretty much within 20 minutes of anything. There are multiple organizations in the local area, so theres always something going on. Its a great place to be!
