Our Cozy Creekside Foothills Apartment sits on a 1/2 acre plot with a beautiful yard and creek and tall pine trees on all sides. Hiwan walking/hiking trail is walking distance from the front door and Elk Meadow (jeffco open space) is one mile west. Neighbors are lovely and welcoming. This beautiful space is only 5 miles from I 70 as well as a variety of local restaurants, grocery stores, and box stores within 10 miles. The apartment is merely 3 years old; all appliances are new and comes fully furnished with a king-size bed and a comfy queen-size pull-out sofa as well as a love seat with single pull-out bed. The deck off of the east side looks over a winding creek and pine forest. Rental price includes heat, electric, internet, and water. We are looking for a single renter with no pets and appreciate our no smoking policy inside the unit. The tenant is welcome to park in the driveway. This apartment is rented in July and August, so the tenant would need to vacate by June 30th. The tenant can have the option to renew in September if they wish.
