Plenty of space for the whole family or a group of friends with two dining areas, a living room with a fireplace and a weather-proof enclosed porch. Kitchen is well outfitted for cooking. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom has a tub and one has a tub/shower. There is also a half bath that has access from the yard, but not from inside the house. There are two dining areas plus outdoor dining. There is a living room with a fireplace and sitting room with a window wall, giving a view to outside. Lots of space outdoors to walk and enjoy. There is a garden but we haven't yet made a plan for this. Please note that there is a cottage on the property in which our property manager lives. Rental term is flexible, but no longer than 90 nights. Tenants staying longer than 30 nights will pay for utilities (heating fuel, internet, electricity). No smoking or vaping on the property. No drugs. No overnight guests unless requested ahead of time. Maximum 2 parking spots in designated area. No pets. The only exception is to keep a pet in the breezeway next to the kitchen. No weapons.
