There is a private side deck which is shaded part of the day for great relaxation and viewing the water. There is a washer/dryer hook-up in the house if interested in connecting up your laundry machine. Two parking spaces available near the house. You can fish, boat, canoe, swim, watch wildlife and/or garden-all in the backyard of the house. On this approximately 5 acre lot there are three houses- two which get rented out year round but are located farthest from each other. The middle house is only used for about 6 weeks in the summer. Nashville and Jackson are each about an hour away since the house is about 15 miles off of exit 143 on I-40. Water is included in the rent but electricity, gas (heat) and any other utilities of choice are not included. Rent is $550.00 per month including average/normal use of water. The first month rent, last month rent, security deposit and a year lease are required prior to moving in. No smoking/ no pets please.
