There is a 2.5 car garage with plenty of storage available for bikes, skis, snowboards, etc. and a small area I am in the process of converting into a heated workout area. There is a two-tiered covered deck and a large fully fenced backyard that includes raspberry bushes and 3 garden beds that I'd be happy to share if you have a green thumb. The kitchen has updated appliances and a dishwasher as well. The space is also equipped with heat and A/C that is easily adjustable. The main floor living area is spacious and will include a smart TV and will be fully furnished. Additionally, there is a furnished downstairs living area that has a TV that can act as a great spot to unwind. Prior to moving in, each tenant will be required to fill out a criminal background and credit check. In order to qualify, it is also required that the tenant's monthly income is 2.5X rent. This will be validated by submitting three most recent pay stubs. Rental payments are due the 1st day of the month. I will be fully responsible for the monthly Xfinity charges for high speed internet and for the trash/recycling fees. Monthly Xcel Energy and Water bill will be split evenly between myself and the two tenants. This is a 12-month lease but tenant may, upon 45 days' written notice, terminate the lease agreement provided that the tenant pays a termination fee equal to 1.5X monthly rent. The termination fee is in addition to all rent due up until the termination day. One spot is available for a car in the garage. In addition, there is plenty of street parking available right in front of the house and pricing is negotiable for the tenant that does not get a designated parking spot in the garage. There is no smoking allowed on the property. In addition, there are no pets allowed on the property. I will be flexible with well-behaved dogs visiting because I love animals. I have an 11-month old Pomeranian named Richard who will be the fourth tenant . He is very friendly but I am requesting that there are no other pets permanently living here to decrease chaos. I work remotely from home as a Recruiter and my desk is located next to the main living area. I will ask that during work hours Monday Friday from 9 am 5 pm that it is relatively quiet in the upstairs common area. I am open to discussing options if the tenant also works remotely to ensure a quiet work environment for all parties involved. I will upload pictures of the shared upstairs bathroom, kitchen, and both upstairs and downstairs living area shortly. I am currently in the process of getting everything furnished and move in ready.
