Parking lot behind the building and convenient location to all things Three Springs. Dogs are ok with a $200 non-refundable deposit per pet. No cats or smokers. Students are okay with references. We require applicants to see the property in person. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $50 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant.
