Parking lot behind the building and convenient location to all things Three Springs. Dogs are ok with a $200 non-refundable deposit per pet plus $35/month for pet rent per pet. No cats or smokers. Students are okay with references. Tenants pay for electricity, gas, and W/S/T is a flat fee of $40 per person. The move-in date may vary based on when the unit is ready. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $50 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. We do not take credit card payments or online payments at this time, only cash or check.
