It is safe and friendly. It is an up and coming neighborhood so some homes still need to be renovated around us, but the people here are fantastic. We are close to The Leather's Building that has offices, yoga studio, restaurant, and a wine store that is convenient. We are in the Railroad Arts District with art galleries around the corner at Chase Warehouses and the D.O.C. building. Our house is also close to The Greenway, so we get a lot of jogging and bike traffic for those who enjoy it. We love our house because it's not very old and yet blends in with the other homes, it has a great yard, and it has a great floorplan that allows for a roommate to have their privacy, or parents to have their own suite upstairs.
