This is a fully furnished, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement apartment. It has a separate entrance for privacy and designated parking on a parking pad. This is a short-term month-to-month rental, so we can lease for as long or as short as you want. All utilities are included. The basement apartment has its own separate heating and air conditioning system. It also has its own washer and dryer. I own the property and I work from home. WIFI is included in the rent. There is a TV in the family room of the apartment which has a firestick installed on it. You can sign into your Amazon account or other streaming services. Also feel free to bring your own chromecast or whatever you want to use with the TV. No smoking is allowed on the property. A credit and background check through Zillow or other similar website/service will be part of the rental application. Please contact me before applying so we can go through the process correctly. I like to be transparent with everything, it is easier for both of us that way. Access to the apartment is via the August lock phone app. It is very easy to use and is very dependable. It is battery-powered with a warning for when batteries are at 25%. It works via WiFi and Bluetooth, so even if the power is out, it will work. I feel it is also safer for new tenants because I know that no previous tenant has a key. This fully furnished month-to-month lease allows flexibility between myself and the renter. Utilities are included. I reserve the right to add surcharges if utility usage is excessive, though so far, this has never been the case. No smoking is allowed on the property.
