Due to the overwhelming response and a lot of non-qualified applicants to this advertisement for rental, we are starting to accept new applications as of 01/01/2023. First let me start with we have a NO pet policy, next we are looking for a couple or a single person since this is only a 2 bedroom house. The person who rents the property will be responsible for small repairs and lawn upkeep of the property. The lawn is quite sizable so be prepared to cut the grass. The house is open concept with one bath and a large front porch. The interior is nice and does not need any repairs. The utilities are very reasonable. Please be prepared to have a good reference of your past rentals. We are looking for long term rental agreement of at least 2 years and the rent will not increase during the rental period. The laundry is in the basement and only accessible from outside. Renter will be responsible for cutting the large lawn. Looking for a couple or a single person. Not interested in renting to more than two individuals, families or children. Must be knowledgeable in light home repairs. This is a two bedroom open concept house. The laundry is in the basement and is not shared. I don't know why Zillow list as such.
