Renter is responsible for all other utilities such as tv. internet. etc. Renter will be responsible for hauling off trash. Renter will need to sign a year lease contract. We allow cigarette smoking and vaping on the property, and all buds to be picked up and thrown away. There will be a $250 fee for buds thrown in yard.
