Room Details:
This is a co-living house that will be shared with other residents. Only 1 occupant per bedroom. This has just been renovated with new windows, paint and flooring throughout--and just made available for rent, so no other residents yet. You're paying for a private bedroom and shared common areas (kitchen, dining rm, laundry rm). Some bedrooms come with a private attached bath and some bedrooms share a bathroom (at a reduced rate). All utilities (Water, sewer, electric & gas) and Wifi included with rent. Smoking/Vaping (even outdoors) is NOT allowed on premises.

Housekeeper cleans shared spaces twice monthly and restocks supplies! Utilities and Wi-Fi are provided. All shared supplies such as trash bags, dishwashing pods, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and more are included, so you won't have to worry about running out of essentials.
No pets. 1 month initial lease. Parking available for 1 car per resident; extra parking for a second vehicle or trailer available for an additional fee.
Available Bedrooms: This is a 7 bed, 5 bath house completely renovated, so all bedrooms are available, beginning Feb 1, 2026. There are 3 upstairs bedrooms and 4 downstairs bedrooms available. 1 upstairs bedroom and 2 downstairs bedrooms have their own private bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom and 2 bedrooms downstairs share another bathroom. On average, each bedroom is 12 ft x 12 ft (240 Square feet). All shared spaces such as the kitchen, dining room and laundry room are furnished.
Residents are expected to clean up after themselves and professionally done deep cleanings of shared spaces occur monthly.
The kitchen is newly renovated and includes pots/pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and coffee maker, making cooking and entertaining easy and convenient.
For your convenience, each resident has labeled shelves in the pantry and refrigerator to keep their items separated. Provided shared supplies are restocked as needed. Each bedroom door and the front door are equipped with electronic keypads, enabling further security and convenience. No need to worry about losing your keys; simply use your personal code to lock and unlock the doors. Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications described below:
(Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved)
Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number.
Applicant must be currently employed, OR if self-employed/retired, Applicant must provide previous year's tax return as income verification.
Applicant's monthly household income must exceed 2 times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.
Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 550; (some exceptions may be made & if so, a larger deposit and/or a cosigner may be needed)
Applicant must have positive rental history and provide landlord references for the previous 3 years. Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Applicants with an eviction history need not apply as they will not be approved.
A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. Investigating criminal history is crucial for properties with shared spaces. Applicants with theft, violence, or felony-level crimes will not be approved. Other residents in the house are entitled to a safe and secure living environment, and to ensure this, we don't accept applicants with this history.
Eviction History:
Applicant must be a non-smoker (no vaping as well)
At manager's discretion, if applicant fails to meet any one of the above requirements, exceptions may be given with compensating factors such as an additional security deposit or co-signer (guarantor) required for qualification.
In the event of multiple applicants, tenancy will be granted to the most qualified, based on the above criteria.
