This listing is for the larger half of the duplex which includes a large basement bedroom w/ private bath. 2 bedrooms upstairs with shared bath. Large living room with fireplace and built in shelving. Lovely sun porch overlooking HUGE backyard (landscape maintenance included with rent). Tons of closet and storage space, especially for an older home. 2 car garage parking as well as side drive to backyard for convenient additional parking when needed. As a duplex with a shared wall and backyard this home is not dog friendly, however cats will be considered with additional pet deposit. FYI I'm not a large rental company and have a day job. Once I have set up 5 to 10 showings this listing will be temporarily deactivated until I can work through the showings. This will be a 1 year lease with automatic rollover to at-will after the first 12 months.
