This listing is for the larger half of the duplex which includes a large basement bedroom w/ private bath. 2 bedrooms upstairs with shared bath. Large living room with fireplace and built in shelving. Lovely sun porch overlooking HUGE backyard (landscape maintenance included with rent). Tons of closet and storage space, especially for an older home. 2 car garage parking as well as side drive to backyard for convenient additional parking when needed. As a duplex with a shared wall and backyard this home is not dog friendly, however cats will be considered with additional pet deposit. FYI I'm not a large rental company and have a day job. Once I have set up 5 to 10 showings this listing will be temporarily deactivated until I can work through the showings. Please be patient with me as it takes me some time to work through all the phone calls/texts/emails and identify the real potential tenants. This will be a 1 year lease with automatic rollover to at-will after the first 12 months. Once the lease becomes at-will 60 days notice is required both directions to end/change the lease or for changes in rent, etc. Landscape maintenance is included in rent. Gutter, roof, HVAC, water heater, driveway. and door/window maintenance is included in rent. Tennant is expected to change filters, light bulbs, and keep the property reasonably clean, etc. as needed and to immediately inform the lessor of any issues that arise within the home that may potentially cause damage. Tennant to pay, gas, water (no sewer), electricity, and cable/phone/internet (if desired). This home has a septic system. Lessor will periodically pump/maintain the septic tank, but tenant is responsible for items flushed down the toilet and/or drain that are not suitable for septic systems. No satellite dishes are allowed. No dogs are allowed, cats will be considered with payment of additional deposit. Parking should be more than adequate but be aware this home features a shared circular driveway, access to the driveway can't be blocked or inhibit the other tenant from entry or exit.
