There's A/C in the living room, and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Also has an extra loft space for storage above the kitchen, and an upper deck off the larger bedroom. Each apartment has one assigned parking space in the alley. Security deposit equals one and a half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. Cats are allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE dog is allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit. We have a set showing time, Monday through Friday, at each property.
