We are a two minute walk from the Salt Creek trail as well as 5 min drive to Sprouts and many restaurants. We are about 7 minutes from the Menifee plaza. The street is quiet and safe, with mostly young families. 1. Only complete applications will be considered. All persons 18 years of age or older will be required to complete separate rental applications. 6. A credit report will be completed to all adult leaseholders to verify credit worthiness. we will also perform a search of Landlord/Tenant Court records and a Criminal Background check. 7.
