Instead of a traditional sublease, the new tenant will establish a lease with the landlord for the remaining term or different end date if needed. The apartment is a 1 Bedroom garden unit with Fridge, Stove, A/C, Central Heat and private entrance. All utilities are included except internet. Laundry is in-building. Parking is very easy nearby, it is permit parking with once a month street cleaning. I never need to go farther then a block to find a spot. All utilities are included except internet.
