Rent is for a bedroom for a single person. Rent includes FIOS wireless Internet. Utilities are around 40 per month on average. You will share a bathroom with another male in his 30s, on the main floor. Both of us are professionals and quiet people in IT. You can have Verizon FIOS Cable TV box with $15 for a TV box rental. Smoking must be outside. Persons with history of bad stuff should not apply. The room is available from August 14/15th. Long terms (6 months minimum). Short terms would be ok, but with higher rent.
