Remodel included bathroom: enlarge master bedroom with 5 ft. of closet space(10ft total) added, enlarged bathroom with 4 ft. Of cabinets and lighting, new tub and shower, floor and fixtures, new floor in kitchen and expanded opening from 32” to 64” with wood finished arch, converted from oil to propane heat, added central air conditioning, took down dilapidated garage and added 10ft x 10ft x 10ft shed, new carpet, replaced ceiling fans in all bedrooms and kitchen and dining area, added small cement patios front and back, and re-graveled driveway with 8 car capacity and put up new gutters. Also had new windows and doors installed.
