Welcome to 2918 Dickens St - a gated and private community about two blocks from Point Loma's America Cup Harbor and Roseville neighborhood. This unit features all new flooring, tile, cabinets, appliances including a washer and dryer inside the unit and central heating and air! This is an upstairs corner unit with multiple windows in each room to bring in the natural light. The community has on-site parking that costs $50 for one spot to reserve. Inside the gated complex you will find a spacious courtyard for our tenants to enjoy which includes a fire pit, BBQ, dog-run and extra room for tenants to create their own space! We have communal storage on-site. One year lease minimum. Tenant is responsible for electricity and gas, cable/wifi and will pay a standard flat fee of $60 per tenant per month for water. Landlord handles security, trash, and weekly landscaping. We do accept pets but charge an additional $300 pet deposit per pet and $50 per pet a month. We do not accept smokers.
