There is a great pond in the back yard...plenty of ducks, heron, and egrets are fun to watch. Kids love to catch "Sunnies" with other kids in the neighborhood. Next to a farm that has been 'preserved' for almost a century into the future. Neighboors are fantastic...and we all socialize (adults and kids) regularly.
