About the Space: Rooms: Room 1 shares a wall with two friendly roommates, creating a cozy feel. Room 2 is the most private room in the house, closer to the bathroom, and filled with the best natural light ideal for an office or studio space. Amenities: Shared Spaces: Fully stocked kitchen, fully furnished common areas, in-unit laundry, and one shared bathroom. Two Backyard Spaces: One yard, shared with our landlord's friendly dog (a shy senior chihuahua), is great for socializing or enjoying the outdoors. If used with respect there are outdoor pillows for the conversation pit. There is also a grill if used responsibly. Our private yard has a gate entrance, a cozy porch swing, and a designated area for planting garden beds. Current Roommates: You'll be joining two polite, clean, creative roommates (both reliable and considerate) and two friendly cats who enjoy hanging out in the common areas.
