Tenant would get the entire basement level, which includes full office area, full bathroom, small storage closet under the stairs, and a bedroom. the entire basement is 572 sq ft. Along with the basement, tenant has access to the living room (15' x 15'), kitchen (11.5' x 8'), and other common living spaces. Washer and dryer are included and are located upstairs. House also has small garden areas in the front and also in the back patio- they are currently being used, but we're more than willing to share! There is a garage, but is off limits to parking (other roommate is paying for the garage)- small storage is fine! Lease starts July 31st, 2025- we're willing to do sooner if it's urgent. The lease lasts one (1) year, and security deposit will be returned at the end of the lease.
