Renter's insurance is not required if the combined household income of the tenants falls at or below 50% of the area median income. Security deposit and first month's rent due at signing; we don't ask for last month's rent in advance. Online rent payments available. If you are an applicant with limited English proficiency, you are entitled to submit a request for an additional 24 hours to provide you with more time to seek language assistance services for the purpose of complying with the Landlord's screening and application requirements.
