    A 4 bedroom, 3 bath ranch home walled and gated with west mountain views from the rear yard and entertaining patio. No overhead wires in view. Room for a swimming pool or spa. Room for a self-contained apartment. On a quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance to both private and public schools. No kids on our street, (Long term owners, kids have moved away) but schools, both private and public, are very close. City Hall, Airport, Police station, public parks, 5 EV charging stations, are all within five minutes walking distance. Our house and the houses either side were built by the same person in the 70's. Simple stick frame, slab on grade, one story ranch style w/attached garage on large lot is easy to work on. Incredible weather except during two months when it's hot. That has the effect of reducing full time population, which we've found is more beneficial than the heat. The house is mostly original, and in need of a total renovation. A mixing valve for a shower is leaking for example. That wastes water but the wall has to be opened up to replace it. The HVAC system is from the last century and can be greatly improved.
