We love the location of our townhome and the proximity to restaurants and shops. It is a short drive to uptown and to the light rail station. It is also a short walk to the greenway, which we love. The neighborhood feels safe and friendly. Inside, we love how much natural light it gets, and the open floor plan. There are also two large walk-in closets, which makes for great storage. There is a one-car garage and a private driveway. Bedrooms are spacious and each one upstairs contains its own private bathroom, which gives the master and guest room both ample privacy and comfort. Lastly, there is a sunny balcony that is great to sit out on in the warm weather and is a great spot for a small potted garden. There is also a community fire pit that's lots of fun. We've loved living here and hope you will as well! Owner pays for Trach, recycling, parking, water, and monthly HOA fee, which covers lawn care and outer maintenance
